While on vacation with our 5th wheel camper my 2007 GMC 2500 went into limp mode. Lorenzo was great to get me in quickly. But then after 2 or 3 hours told me they could not diagnose my diesel engine that 2500 went into limp mode. Lorenzo was great to get me in quickly. But then after 2 or 3 hours told me they could not diagnose my diesel engine that day and to bring it back early the next day. When I did bring it back they said they were missing one tool but could still do the diagnosis. After another 3 hours I was told that they would not be able to diagnose my engine problem. I will also say that one of the service people there (not my actual service adviser who was very nice) tried to tell me I needed a major tune up for 100,000 miles and that the glow plugs affect how the engine runs. The manual lists no major tune up for 100,000 miles and the glow plugs help starting in cold weather. I ended up going to a local diesel shop who diagnosed my problem in less than a half hour. More
