Service department are the worst in miami. Had to take my truck over 4 times so they could figured out that the 3rd brake camara is not working. I met with my service advisor/assistant manager Matthew this morning and he sat me down reviewed all of my options for my GMC canyon and was extremely helpful with getting the best service for my truck. He went over the options and kept me aware that even though the miles are low TIME is also a major factor with the maintenance of my vehicle. And as always Lorenzo GMC has taken great care of my wife and myself which is why I bought 2 GMC canyons from them in the same year. Service is always quick and efficient, I pulled up at 7:30am and they got the ball rolling and my truck was being worked on within 20 minutes. Great company and people to work with. More
