Thanks to Lorenzo GMC and a very talented, empathetic service consultant (i.e., Matthew), the nail puncture on my truck's rear tire is no longer a problem. Matthew understood the importance of fixing the tire quickly and, in the middle of a heavy rain storm, provided me with ready access to superb service. I left the Acadia 2023 at 8:30AM August 12 according to scheduled for Oil Change and Tire rotation, and somebody call me that the car is ready at 10AM. I picked up the car at 12:30PM: I checked that scheduled for Oil Change and Tire rotation, and somebody call me that the car is ready at 10AM. I picked up the car at 12:30PM: I checked that - change OIL and filter OK - Not Tire Rotation---> Not done (because air compressor fail apparently , I don't believe it) . I ask why the tire rotation was not done , Why I need to ask for this service if Tire Rotation was requested and not done (silence). This is not good customer service. Tire rotation is still pending, somebody in customer service at 12:30pm told me that I need to return to tire rotation. How is possible ? More
