Exceptional service with professional response to tackle the problem in securing customer’ confidence in the work they put in. Also, our rep who took care of us helped us out with clear explanation of the the problem in securing customer’ confidence in the work they put in. Also, our rep who took care of us helped us out with clear explanation of the problem and how we can solve and tackle this problem to secure the safety of the driver and the passenger. And most importantly my wife was able to go to work on time, because of the rental car offered by the dealership. Gave us a wonderful deal and helped us get back on the road real fast. Went for oil change and tire rotation. Got status link which never updated the status. Multi point inspection was not shared. Took more than 2.30 hours. Complimentary wash was not cleaning anything at all. Overall it seems that they rushed to move the vehicle out without doing everything as per the process. More
