Jimmy was nice and helpful however I felt he could have worked harder with the warranty company to have them cover more of the needed work necessary. When I spoke to the warranty company they were willing worked harder with the warranty company to have them cover more of the needed work necessary. When I spoke to the warranty company they were willing to approve replacing more parts they just needed jimmy to call and verify the parts needed. However jimmy told them it was maintenance not parts that needed to be replaced. . More

Have been to Lou Sobh honda twice for my car service. I found the service advisors very knowledgeable. They don’t push for un-necessary additional tasks to blow up the bill.. Service manager David and service advisor Talin were awesome! My mom took my van for an oil change and we found out that the van needed a few other things fixed. David didn’t hesitate for a second to dr awesome! My mom took my van for an oil change and we found out that the van needed a few other things fixed.
