Very pleased with the service and how fast it was completed. When we arrived, we asked how long the wait was and Jimmy said possibly around the 2 hour mark. An hour and fifteen minutes later we were completed. When we arrived, we asked how long the wait was and Jimmy said possibly around the 2 hour mark. As a long term customer of Lou Sobh Honda's service department, I've always had my expectations exceeded. My most recent experience was the most successful customer service experience I've ever experie department, I've always had my expectations exceeded. My most recent experience was the most successful customer service experience I've ever experienced. I required significant non-warranty and warranty maintenance on my Ridgeline. Rashed Kahn was exceptional as even on his days off, he kept me informed of the progress of the work. His communication was outstanding. Ms. Mirtha, in the rental department also greeted me and responded to all my needs in a positive and professional manner..
