First time bringing my Kia here for service. They were great from start to finish. The employees friendly. The waiting area is wonderful with a hot beverage machine and comfortable chairs. Person in the desk told me I didn't needed it my 32k if I was not planning to buy tires, cabin filter or change brake fluid with them. He provided information without even looking at the car. I paid 30 dolla was not planning to buy tires, cabin filter or change brake fluid with them. He provided information without even looking at the car. I paid 30 dollars to do an inspection which I was never charged in the past. I won't be returning there to check my EV6 any longer. Sorry More

Linda my service advisor was excellent. Very professional, she listened to my details of current car issues and noted again for verification. Only suggestion is for the young men cleaning and bringing back car left the inside a bit dirty. More
