Excellent Service by Andrew Ortega Mr. Ortega went out of the way to help us get the vehicle repaired. It was our son's car and his wife is in Northside Hospital following extensive sur Mr. Ortega went out of the way to help us get the vehicle repaired. It was our son's car and his wife is in Northside Hospital following extensive surgery. It had to be towed to the dealership. Andrew met us when we arrived and gave us estimate for repairs based on our explanation. The ignition key and lock assembly had failed and locked up creating no way to start the car. We live over 40 miles north of the dealership. Due to a mix up in assignment, the original commitment of Friday for repair could not be accomplished since the assigned mechanic was off on Friday. Andrew advised us of the change and this allowed us not to make a trip on Friday for nothing. He advised on Sat morning the car should be ready between 3 and 4 PM. He advised us on Sat the car was ready at 3:45 PM. Andrew is cordial, articulate and professional. We appreciate his excellent service. More
