I was able to come in and have a warranty part replaced. I left my vehicle the night before and that way it would be there first thing. Plus I was getting ready to leave town and drive a lot and the service I left my vehicle the night before and that way it would be there first thing. Plus I was getting ready to leave town and drive a lot and the service team wanted to make sure my car was ready/safe. The part was available so they were able to do the service before I left town. I was called when my car was finished. Both service people were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a great experience when I bought the car last July and then this was part of my 10k service and follow up. Very pleased More

Unfortunately I didn't have an appointment, but was having issues and they were able to work me in with an anticipated wait time of 4 hours. I was there less than 2 hours! Tina was excellent and able t having issues and they were able to work me in with an anticipated wait time of 4 hours. I was there less than 2 hours! Tina was excellent and able to get my vehicle looked at immediately. The technician who I don't know his name, was able to diagnose an issue with the fuel pump. Even though the part was not availablebthe same day, I was able to get a loaner vehicle. By Tina providing that loaner, it saved the day!! My son's prom was later that evening, so I was able to take care of last minute preparation and make his night memorable! Thanks so much for your prompt assistance and I look forward to getting my vehicle back on Tuesday. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership! More
