I brought my 2013 Silverado in due to Onstar system was down and I needed oil. Also, I had the check engine light on. Tyler assisted and saw a code for I believe the fuel pump. However, I was informed by T down and I needed oil. Also, I had the check engine light on. Tyler assisted and saw a code for I believe the fuel pump. However, I was informed by Tyler it was the Onstar computer module that caused the error so no new fuel pump. The maintenance was done that day as I waited. Couple days later when the module came in, I brought the car back and I was driven to my house by an employee while the module was installed. A couple of hours later I was informed the car was ready and I picked it up its running perfect (I was offered a return ride by Tyler but I had a ride back). More

Great experience, was in an out in 2hrs! Everything was transparent from start to finish and there wasn't no push for up sell which I appreciated. I did have an issue with the TPMS light that was on the dash an which originally the dealer was trying to avoid the issue to a certain point but after I made it clear that it could be a serious issue or a simple fix the dealer made sure to take care of it without questions and I really respect that.
