There is some body damage where it looks like someone used a screwdriver to pry something off of the car, the brakes are squeaking, there was only one keyfob. The body being damaged could have been seen but on unfortunately it just rained and its a black car so damage is harder to see. I didn't hear the brakes squeak until I got home after purchasing it. Not saying they swapped brakes, they just didn't squeak on the test drive. I wasn't able to test drive alone, the salesman was in the car which put some pressure on the drive, I couldn't easily test out certain safety features that I thought the car had/ didn't have. On their site, they say," get the most for your trade in". This is a joke. I traded in my k5, kbb trade in value was between 20000 and 22000, they gave me 18000. Fine whatever, they were able to make the monthly payments work so I moved forward with the deal. If you are looking to get any value for your trade in. Don't go here. After 9 days, I let them know that I wasn't satisfied (when they ask you to review them, they say in the email- If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call at (970) 667-2220 and tell us more about your experience. This statement means nothing. I sent emails trying yo make the sale right. I was met with, the beal is done, there's nothing we can do. Again false.since i traded in my car, I was a "seller". Why the car i hot was funded, the deal was not done. They hadn't paid off my car yet so they didn't have the title, my bank did. I went back and forth over email for a while. Made an appointment to come in on new years day. The person I made the appointment with didn't even show. This was day 11. They had my car listed at this point and it still want paid for, this is starting to get to a gray area of the cleared title law, where they cannot sell a car they don't have a title for. I scheduled an appointment with the gm, which was never actually scheduled. But I was able to meet with him anyway. I told him I wasn't satisfied and what we could do to make it right. He said that the check was already sent out and tried scaring me by using legal terms that, after looking it up, made no sense and actually brought to light the cleared title law that put him in a bad position. I walked out called my bank, they said there wasn't anything pending and they still held the title. I went back in and told the gm there isn't any payment. Turns out, they never sent a check. This is day 17 and the payoff amount they calculated for the per diem had expired the previous day making my contract with them inaccurate. I asked about the contract and they said I didn't need to re-sign anything which seems shady to me. I asked about a swap since they hadn't sent a correct amount check at that point and i was met with aggression and some more lies about how he's out 2000(the difference on my current car loan and what they paid, which was passed onto my loan), and belittlement. Jan 9th- payoff finally recieved 20 days after sale More
Nothing but problems with service department. Total lack of communication throughout getting a recall done. Problems during and more after. Poor poor service and clearly no one talking to each Total lack of communication throughout getting a recall done. Problems during and more after. Very easy working with Willy at Loveland Ford. Whole process was low/no pressure. Dealership had a wide range of used vehicles we were interested in and we took multiple test drives. Willy offe Whole process was low/no pressure. Dealership had a wide range of used vehicles we were interested in and we took multiple test drives. Willy offered to let us take and extended drive on anything we were interested in. We settled on a nice Rubicon that probably never saw dirt (it will now). Price was reasonable relative to competion. Buying was easy with no pressure from the finance guys to buy extra stuff (we were offered an extended warranty but not pressed to buy it). More
Phil, Adam and Shawn made purchasing an Explorer seamless. Not only was the process fast - they were also genuine and authentic which is always appreciated in a dealership. Thank you guys! seamless. Duncan was wonderful to deal with, me and my sons felt very comfortable with him.We were able to get my son his first car and have a good experience doing it. I was not a fan of some of the add-ons that d very comfortable with him.We were able to get my son his first car and have a good experience doing it. I was not a fan of some of the add-ons that dealers use that bring the final cost up. Overall it wa a good experience! More
