I needed to trade or sell my relatively new RAV4 Hybrid and get a truck due to a major job change. Of all the dealers I worked with Irwin stepped up and gave me the most for it, and the process was incred and get a truck due to a major job change. Of all the dealers I worked with Irwin stepped up and gave me the most for it, and the process was incredibly easy and Gary was so helpful and kind. Then I wanted to lease a Tacoma. The salesperson, Johnny LeClair, helped me pick three to choose from, asking helpful questions to really understand what I wanted. We landed on the ideal truck for me and worked on lease figures. I also wanted to drive a Chevy Colorado to compare, and neither Johnny or the Sales Manager balked at that and encouraged me to go ahead - no pressure at all. I liked the Tacoma a lot better and we worked on numbers again - I gave a little and they did too and we came to a great deal on a truck I absolutely love. The whole process could not have been better. They have signs up all over saying they are committed to a great customer experience, loyalty, and the highest ethical standards - stuff you almost never see in an auto dealership. Yet Irwin displayed all these standards at every level. What a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend them and especially Johnny LeClair.
