I had a pretty complicated financing situation with an out-of-state co-signer, and Johnny handled everything flawlessly from start to finish. He worked with me through phone calls, text messages, and email to get everything situated before I even stepped foot in the dealership. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions clearly, and worked hard behind the scenes to make everything happen. What stood out most was how patient and professional he was throughout the entire process. Even though my situation was more complicated than normal, he never made me feel like I was a burden or just another sale. There was never any pressure or games — just honest communication and genuine effort.
