​So, I have been dealing with Volkswagen of Doral for about 4 or 5 years now and my number one guy to go to is Chris Castro. I go to Chris because he knows how to deal with my Volkswagen Touareg, which i about 4 or 5 years now and my number one guy to go to is Chris Castro. I go to Chris because he knows how to deal with my Volkswagen Touareg, which is a discontinued vehicle from 2017. I was very optimistic about bringing my Touareg in for service because the specialists who work on my Touareg were amazing and exceptional. Having a Touareg mechanic in-house is a rarity; between the mechanic and Chris, they made my experience grand. Unfortunately, Chris has departed from the company, and I was wondering if the company can do something about getting him back. He's an amazing worker who believes in MEI: merit, experience, and intelligence. When it comes to servicing his customers, his knowledge and his charisma make it all worthwhile to want to go to Volkswagen of Doral.
