After having several bad vehicle purchases with vehicle dealerships in the past, I took a chance on buying a truck from Zappone's in Granville, New York. From the time I walked through the front door to the time I walked out & got in the truck I purchased & drove it home to Vermont, their entire staff fulfilled every demand I asked of them! And there many. From checking out vehicle front to back, test drive, financing, registration & insurance. Not at anytime did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. While waiting for their team to process transactions, I took a walk outside and checked out building, lot & large selection of vehicles. Their location is not in the city but rather rural. There is only one way to stay in business when located as they are. It's by taking care of customers! I know this by experience because my business is rurally located. Although, we didn’t come to a deal I just would like to say that Dan was fantastic. He explained all of my options, didn’t try to rush me into any decision, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and was 100% up front honest and transparent with me about everything.
