I was looking for a C6 ZO6 and Kia/Toyota of Vero Beach happened to have one; wrong color, RIGHT PRICE. I met with Nolan, primary salesman, and Christian. Horrible dealership experience. Car was listed at $18k online, but once we were there they claimed we had to buy a $3k package. They told us this package covered minor scratches and dents anytime. A week after buying, we called and were told no such package exists on our account and they don’t fix scratches or dents without charging. Only after arguing with both the salesperson and manager did they agree to fix the major scratches that were already on the car. They gave us an appointment, rescheduled last minute, and then acted like they couldn’t even take us when we showed up. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. More
