I had them install a trailer wiring harness, blank aux switch panel and a trailer hitch on a 2018 wrangler JL. My service rep was great(vince). my technician was even better; I was only able to meet him w switch panel and a trailer hitch on a 2018 wrangler JL. I think his name was Paul, or something close to that. I would highly recommend going to Paul for parted installation, his work with the wiring looks completely factory and it's all covered under my vehicle warranty. More

Worker at desk was pleasant and helpful. However, Technician did not reset my oil sensor after oil change and invoice said all fluids were topped off but they were not. I had also asked for just a quote on a hose in case I wanted to fix it there instead of going to my family mechanic in the city. Tech called to tell me my hose was "ready to blow" despite me knowing otherwise, since my family is my usual mechanic and had just previously checked the slow leak. More
