Robby and his guys are usually great with their service. I’m not sure what caused this experience but it has definitely been difficult. I put my truck in their care Tuesday morning to fix ongoing issues and I’m not sure what caused this experience but it has definitely been difficult. I put my truck in their care Tuesday morning to fix ongoing issues and have them resolved. I also requested my tires be rotated and oil change. I received a call late Friday that everything was fixed and I immediately came to get my vehicle at 6 in the evening after not having it all week. When I got my vehicle my heat was still not working as one of the issues that needed to be addressed. I also noticed that my oil change had not been done as well. Over the week sensors continued to go off as I routinely used my vehicle that I originally brought in to be fixed. I scheduled a 10:30 appointment for Friday to get these concerns addressed again and hours later I came back and noticed my vehicle had not moved even though I was told a scheduled time for service. I am once again without a vehicle with all of the same issues and no services being accomplished for the second week. More
