I would leave zero if I could. $279.00 to change the oil in my truck $239.00 to change the fuel filter, and they never rotated the tires. The manager called and argued that they were rotated, I just drove from Kansas to Michigan and there was brake dust on every lug nut. Not one wheel was touched. How do I know if the oil or the fuel filter was changed? Horrible service! I will never go back. More

Disappointing experience…sales staff plays the typical games…told three times “this is our best price”. Had to play along for several weeks to finally make a cash deal on a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir…plus games…told three times “this is our best price”. Had to play along for several weeks to finally make a cash deal on a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir…plus lied on how much they’d sell our trade in…but I knew they’d do it. I’m an experienced car buyer and my father was in the business, so we know “the game”, but it was just painful to go thru it. AND, to take delivery of a dirty car in the end was the final straw. No follow-up…no Buick experience questionnaire… The finance person was pleasant…but I guess paying in cash does that…haha …but then we didn’t receive our title from the SOS. Called them to order us another…no help, just told us to call them ourselves….ooook, I I guess the money we paid you for it does not include any service effort on your part. Would not recommend this dealership More

Went in with a lease turn in well under the miles I leased for on top of having a few grade in cash to put down on a used Acadia and these guys were telling me if I don’t buy the car the. They are sending it to auction Monday I told them a number I wanted to be at monthly and there was no effort in trying to show me some options there was to get there very disappointed I made the hour drive to go to this dealership I would highly recommend shipping else where when it comes to spending g your hard earned money on an over priced vehicle and to have them encourage you to go find a deal somewhere else this is what’s wrong with these dealerships and they will get what’s coming to them when it’s time to try to bring in customers and they can take a quick glance at some of there reviews poor attitude lack of knowledge and overall just a bad experience for someone to show up on time of there appointment and have a trade in and cash to put down and they still don’t even try to make a deal happen More

I called in for brake replacement with rotor and sensors on my 2019 Sierra Denali with 30k miles (I know, Joke Right?) $440.00 on the phone. Pull up to Steves desk, hmm been here before and I will tell you of that bad experience. But since they said $440.00 and I can buy parts for $310.00 I said good deal. Steve ohno probably $580 but we can have them done today, I get the call late in the afternoon, yeah $580, your back left has only 2mm left on it. ( I though to myself just had it off the day before and they had little over 1/8"..so new math guys 1/8"=less than 2 mm???) So second day get the call trucks done $780.00 xxx???? how did you go from $440-$580-$780???? well we had to recalibrate your emergency brake....duh... I never agreed to that. So last time I brought a van in for alignment and tires, same hijacking of price but worse I started having starting issues and power issues so I looked at battery and guess what??? They loosened both terminals all they way to the last few threads and it burnt up the battery. I believe they were fishing for work because of the car shortage and all??? What do you think?? Shame on me for coming back again. But surely the last time, and last sierra. Shame on GMC . Shame on Lunghammer.... More
