I want to start out by saying that I am sorry that you have discovered damage to your vehicle. I have talked with everyone involved from the service writer that checked-in your vehicle, the mechanic that worked on your vehicle as well as my bodyshop, Service Manager and General Manager. We have reviewed every spot your vehicle was parked while it was here and looked at all the possibilities that could have happened here at our dealership. As a group we discussed the process of your repair and timeline of it's time here. We feel that the damage did not happen while the vehicle was in our possesion. I understand that the paint that was used to fix it wasn't a clear match as well. We operate a very uncluttered and clean shop for our service customers. With that being said, I cannot repair the damage that was previously present on your vehicle. I would like to know how long you have owned the vehicle and which dealer you purchased it from. I would also like to know how I can make you feel comfortable about returning to Lupient Chevrolet for future service of your vehicle. The damage was not previously present. I have pictures to prove that but Pam would not look at them. I bought the vehicle from Bob Montgomery in Louisville, KY in excellent condition on 06/24/2013. My car was fully inspected by my father when I got into Bloomington that week. We noticed the noise shortly after that on Friday morning I brought it in. After picking it up on Friday and parking it in a secure driveway at my parents house we noticed the damaged and called. The only way to get me back as a customer in the future would be to make the situation right and fix what you damaged.
