Rich, in the service center, did a great job keeping me informed as to the status of my car repairs. Also, the service center members did their best to reduce the cost of my repairs for which I was very g informed as to the status of my car repairs. Your service department had my car for two weeks, and with very little communication with me. My texts and calls to Nancy went unanswered in many cases. So the first time bringing a car in for a blown engine it was 5 weeks for the factory to approve repairs. It was another 1 and a half weeks to put the new engine in. I had to call and get updates. Not until I sent a letter threatening action did I get information. Felt this was one bad expiriance and covid issues were high. Just brought the wife’s car in for an oil change. After waiting 2 hours 15 minutes was told they were backed up after I again had to ask what was going on. Very poor communications with customers. Good at fixing, just slow and do not give any updates unless you the customer initiate questions. I will say the did not charge for the oil change which was nice. More

Nancy was great in communicating and checking me in. The check out (which was not by Nancy) was slow due to not being able to quickly find my keys. Even with that the service was friendly.
