The suggestion worked and saved an unecessary repair. Additionally, Jason G. was friendly and thorough with my concerns and requests. I was given a clear breakdown of what to expect and what communication I should anticipate during the process. Service was concise and quickly handled. My car was serviced and repaired and I’m very happy with results and cost. Always a great experience when I visit! I checked out the Tiguan while I was there and received help from Rich; whom was thorough and friendly. I purchased my current Jetta through Jill and had a brief hello with her. :) More
