As for the service department, my cars have always come back clean with no issues in a timely manner, which is way more than I can say for the Volkswagen service department I dealt with in CO! I wonder if their customers take for granted how well these mechanics do their work, being spoiled as we are. I know it took having bad experiences at other VW dealership shops to realize that not every VW shop is created equally. However, the finance department has dropped the ball so many times, that over two weeks after the purchase, I'm still cl care of in any way possible. I have bought 3 cars from them, but this was my first brand new car. Linda was my saleswoman and she was so awesome. She went above and beyond her job! She not only helped me figure out how to download my contacts from my cell phone, but also helped me clean out my dirty car (trade-in) and switch all my stuff to my new car. She is always smiling and always looking for ways to help me. They even called my house about 2 months later to let me know that one of the technicians found a nest of mice in my used car truck under the pad and to make sure I got rid of them so they don't infest my new car. Needless to say, traps were set and mice are gone! Jeremy has always tremendously helped me when I brought in my old cars as well as new. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything to me. He is friendly and will also go above and beyond, by showing me stuff on my car to help me for example, when snowing or when it is going to snow, put your wipers in the up position so when it snows, they are not snowed-in and frozen. This has proven to be extremely helpful numerous times and a must for MN. There are many many more examples but these are just a few for my favorite people at Burnsville VW. As a side note, the GM, Jay Radue, has always greeted me when I come in if he is available and is also always thinking of ways to help me if he can. We have been looking at VWs for awhile and were interested in the TDI. We weren't sure we could afford the new TDI Passat like we wanted and stopped in. Jared stood out to us because he was friendly and relatable. He has years of experience with VW and he knows the car features inside and out. This has not been the case with other dealers we have talked to... The car is high-quality, fun to drive and will be providing us savings down the line on fuel costs. This was our overall goal. The very first day we drove it about 120 miles and only used a quarter tank! I would recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. We typically take advantage of fleet deals, and we did have the option to do that, but we opted to go with Jared because of his friendly nature and how helpful he was.
