Andy Pederson was very helpful in explaining Luther's fair pricing, and in making the deal. I did have to wait for Andy a couple times because he was busy helping others but he apologized profusely. We originally entered the dealership to view a used vehicle and our sales rep was on vacation. He heard we in and came, on his day off, to show us the vehicle in question.
