I was at another BMW dealership for years in Minneapolis and was extremely unsatisfied with the sales team and dealership to the point where I was going to switch to Porsche or Mercedes. Service checkup for Q7 @ 18,500 miles I purchased an Audi Q7 in July & this past week the service message popped up on the screen. I called park place motors to schedule an appointment & I purchased an Audi Q7 in July & this past week the service message popped up on the screen. I called park place motors to schedule an appointment & my contact josh kern was out on vacation I was connected with an associate who got me an appointment the following week & I was set. I received a text message & courtesy phone call the day before the appointment. I arrived 10 minutes late from my appointment & josh was there to take my information & go over the service work to be done on the vehicle. He presented me the estimate for the work & I went to the waiting area to wait for my vehicle. After 2 hours my car was done & ready to head back home. Great people & service @ park place motors. More
