Dealership good service call center not so much. I did. It gave a great experience with their scheduling center iwas on hold for 15 min and in the middle of scheduling they disconnected had to call a I did. It gave a great experience with their scheduling center iwas on hold for 15 min and in the middle of scheduling they disconnected had to call again on hold for a other 15 min. Then they were not able to tell me if a loaner car would be available at the time of scheduling. The dealership had to call me a d reschedule because no car was available. Kept receiving notifications of service appointments for the old date. Dealership is good to work with directly though. More
