I have always admired Lux Motors and their impressive selection of luxury top end used cars since I first saw their dealership moving in many years ago when I myself had just moved to the area. I remember always driving by and thinking to myself how cool it would be to have one of their amazing vehicles. Well finally years later the two greatest salesmen made that dream possible. Phil and Matt were beyond helpful and made sure me and my fiancée drove away in our dream car. We’ve been wanting a Land Rover Defender since we first got together and now we can finally check the box of dream car off of our list. This car is absolutely amazing and we were in love as soon as we saw it. A good friend recommended we do business with Lux Motors and they definitely lived up to the reputation. Everything went flawless and we were in and out with our dream car as quick as possible. The guys at Lux go far above and beyond what they have to do to make buying a car a wonderful experience. They have gained clients for life and we will continue to use them for any future car buying needs. I do not recommend this dealer. We had to do our paperwork twice in a 1 week period because they messed it up. Then when working with our lender we were told that the “mandatory” ex We had to do our paperwork twice in a 1 week period because they messed it up. Then when working with our lender we were told that the “mandatory” extended warranty that the dealer told us we had to purchase was not in-fact mandatory. They made it very difficult at this point and would not correct this with the lender without completing paper work for a 3rd time. More
