Bait and switch tactics..do not do business here Just came from this dealership. Called twice yesterday to make sure they had a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I told them it was a 1.5 hour drive for me so I didn't want to waste my time if they didn't have the vehicle. They told me they would pull the car and have it waiting this morning when they opened. I arrived shortly after they opened this morning. They had me sitting for over an hour and then finally told me the vehicle is sold. I questioned how it was sold from closing yesterday to opening today. They had no answers and talked in circles. They never had the car. It was just a ploy to get me there. More

Working closely with Chris and the new car manager, we were able to purchase the 2015 Chevy Equinox and stay within our budget. I appreciate that everyone (including Anthony Scarpino in Finance who patiently answered a bunch of questions) treated us like family. If you plan to buy a vehicle here call ahead and assure neither of these rude, condescending, arrogant individuals are here, it will bright your experience exponentially. My wife and I, if we could, we return our Traverse and buy it somewhere else if that option was presented to us. We love the vehicle, but I hate having to give my business to a dealership where these two individuals represented the standard of management they are willing to accept. We have now complained to Chevy and the GM of these store because it was so bad. Too bad the rest of the people here are sullied by these employees. More

I've had my vehicle for 2 months and I'm in need of ($900.00) worth of repairs, My mechanic noticed that the front struts are leaking and the sway bar end links at their breaking point. According to him "these issue are old and were most likely there when the vehicle was acquired by the dealer" Hate to think it's just another dealer with a turn and burn sales tactic. More
