EXCELLENT Customer Service!! I pulled into Lynch Ford to basically "kick some tires", and see what options I had available in purchasing an F-150. I was looking at used trucks, 2009 - 2013 because I felt that I couldn't afford a new truck. Jon Kloss came out to meet me in the lot. He was very personable, friendly, and outgoing. His sales style is one that promotes immediate trust... not a "hard seller" and never pressed for a sale. He was much more interested in what I had in mind as far as my needs, and never pointed me in any direction that would've been detrimental to me. Jon gave me numerous options, and allowed me the ample time to look at those options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the truck line, and through his expertise and willingness to help me, I had found out that I was able to purchase a new "left over" 2013 FX4 model for what I felt was a great deal compared to used XLT or FX4 models I had been previously looking at. Jon also introduced me to Mike Clifton, the Sales Manager, who was also very outgoing, friendly, and not pressuring whatsoever. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and I know service when I see it. Through their level of service and kindness extended to me, we will be back to Lynch Ford! I have been taking all my vehicles to Lynch Ford for services for about 6 years. The quick lane is well run with very good customer service. They provide a very nice basic car wash as part of almost every service or repair they make. All the repairs have been done correctly and the vehicle is clean insides and out. Because of their excellent service center, I started buying my vehicles there as well. In the last few years I've purchased two vehicles from them and both times Dave Jordan was very professional. I was dealt with in a fair and courteous manner, without any "used car salesman" games. I've had very different experiences at other dealerships over the years and it is nice to just get the deal done without any drama. Recently, I had some problems with my Fusion moonroof that was about a year out of warrantee. Jeff Krogman went well above and beyond what I hoped for in helping me resolve the issues I had with the vehicle. Lynch ford has consistently been good to work with over the years. In short I'm taking the time to write this review because I believe that Lynch Ford has always treated me right and I think a business that does that consistently deserves to be acknowledged for it. We have always received excellent care at Lynch and our service advisor is Luke Thole. He is very knowledgable in what is needing done, friendly and gets us in and done in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process they were very helpful and honest. They went through all of our options when it came to transferring in a Focus or placing an order. When it came to financing they were very upfront, honest and did everything they could to get us the best possible rate. Finally, they gave us a very fair price for our trade in and not a low ball offer like most dealerships.
