This is my second time buying a used car here, overall the experience was fantastic, the salesperson, Justin. Who I have dealt with before was an excellent person to deal with. He helped out with trading my car in and actually called me the next day to make sure that the car was ok and we were safe during hurricane sandy.. this is anupdated review,I wrote the first revciew after a pleasant time being ripped off by justin and the mb motorsports family, dont expedct good service from this place this review comes after calling the dealership a few hours after buying the car eight months ago sold me an 05 gmc canyon which had the engione light on about ten minutes after i left the dealer in october right before hurricane sandy, I called that day they told me to bring it in , due to the stoprm they were closed for two weeks in which due to my job i had gone over the 3000 m,ile warranty, turns out the engine light meant i needed a new engine which they offered to take care of half the cost which i felot was a pathetic solution but i acceptted it, the first engine they put in the car was bad, the second engine they put in the car needed a part from the bad engine whuich didnt work. after everything it only took their service department six weeks to replace the engine with a lemon engine and finally a half working engine since then i put almost 2000 dollars into vehicle repairs on my truck. I can guarantee you the beautiful car i traded and got ripped off didnt have a single problem. this place suc ks dont go there, and dont expect good service. the man at the service counter named jim is as useless and doesnt want to deal with customers directly, the owner jesse is the same. I purchased an 05 gmc canyon which ha dhigh mileage, i should have realized the car was a lemon the minute they ke[pt on making sure i signedf the lemon clause thing. aside rom that i am currently getting front brakes brakes done on the car at a cost of over 700 dollars and thats a bargain price four other places wanted nearly 1300 dollars to front brakes due to gmc canyons having a weird brAke setup that year. the whole assembly has to be replaced instead of just pads and rotors. bottom line dont go here if you want good service Like · · 19 minutes ago More

I always was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from a smaller dealer... And after dealing with Justin at MB Motor Sports he has completely changed my outlook. I was in the market for a SUV/Truck. Afte smaller dealer... And after dealing with Justin at MB Motor Sports he has completely changed my outlook. I was in the market for a SUV/Truck. After browsing online I came across a few H3s I liked and narrowed it down. One Being a GM dealer the other being MB Motor Sports. Both vehicles around the same year/price/miles. I stopped by the GM dealer first and was completely disappointed and almost gave up there... The vehicle was just dirty and the brakes were awful and pulsating. I continued to MB Motor Sports and was amazed at the professionalism by their sales associate Justin. He answered any questions I had with great knowledge. The vehicle was immaculate. From the outside to inside and under the hood. It looked brand new. I inspected the vehicle all around and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. I knew that was what I wanted and that is exactly what I got... A day later I noticed one of the tires didn't look right in one spot that I didn't notice. Being a part time mechanic it looked like the tire was breaking a part as if a defect in the tire. I called Justin up and he took care of it with no hesitation. Justin and his fellow sales associates definitely take pride in how they present themselves and are very friendly. I would highly recommend MB Motor Sports to any one in the market and definitely will go back there for any future vehicles FIRST. If you don't want to deal with normal dealers with the run around garbage they pull... Check MB Motor Sports out. They have good prices, great customer service, and make shopping for a vehicle painless and fun. More
