Buyer Beware! BUYER BEWARE!!! First of all, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I've also seen the fact that they go in and try to 'mitigate' the bad reviews by BUYER BEWARE!!! First of all, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I've also seen the fact that they go in and try to 'mitigate' the bad reviews by saying a person 'isn't a customer'. Well, let me just say, that I am not the actual customer, it is my husband. So, while they may come in here and try to say I wasn't a customer, I assure you, my husband and I are real customers. They were wonderful when they wanted to take our money and sell us a car. The salesperson was great and we got the car and drove away and were very happy. That's where the happy ended, however. Anything that happens after, they make into the most convoluted path to do anything. They make their customers jump through hoops that should never have to happen. They SAY you can email, text, or call to talk to them. DO NOT believe them!!! You have to call, and then, even if you are authorized on the account from the beginning of the loan, they will say you aren't and make you jump through even more hoops to try to make dealing with them the hardest thing you ever do in your life!!! BUYER BEWARE! They may seem like a great option because they 'work with' those who have less than stellar credit. DO NOT BELIEVE them. They PREY UPON these people and make money doing it! More

Do NOT buy a car from here! Customer service is terrible and I was only 2 payments behind when they took my car. The GM knew my situation and was still not willing to help. This is place is apparently for people with bad credit and help when they can. At least that's what I was told when I bought the car. They also over priced the car and payments were outrageous. The GM texted me the day after they took it asking if I still wanted my vehicle. All the while texting me the day before acting like he was going to work with me with a tow truck already in route. Again do not go here to buy a car! Absolutely awful. Oh and they don't have a place on their facebook page to rate them. Hmm...wonder why that is?! Rant over! More

I don't care how bad you think you need one right now your only going to be upset and scammed in the end paid almost 11,000 dollars towards my car that by the way was only worth about 5,500 dollars the price they had was 9,985 but i really needed a car. after the finance fees the car went to 21,000 DOLLARS !!!! CHARGED ME 10,000 DOLLARS JUST FOR FINANCE and fees. I had the car for 2 years ALWAYS paid. Until I got sick for a couple weeks and missed a payment. Because I was off work talked to the general manager about making up the payment HORRIBLE customer service he is VERY RUDE ! And would NOT work with me nor would he honor the contract of 2 deferments in the life of a loan. Said he didn't have to and basically didn't care about his rude employees or bad customer service. Also didn't care I was a LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER and was trying to work with them. we passed words and then he said he was going to repo the car because he didn't like my "attitude" I asked to speak to someone over him and he then said he was the HIGHEST and ONLY person I could speak with. I tried to call back and pay the next day the girls kept hanging up on me. Then the last girl put me on hold for 30 minutes!!!!! Then at 6:05 exactly! Hung up!!!!! I tried to call back they were closed. Called the next morning was then told what happened yesterday with me trying to pay didn't matter. And I was put in repo status over 247 dollars! That I was trying to pay !!!! Would not take my payment 2 hours later while I was trying to reach a higher manager they took the car called and asked can I get it back i was told yes by the customer rep She then put me on hold and then said her gm RAY LLOYD said no! So basically i have paid 11,000 dollars toward a car that was only worth 5,000....took the car over a missed payment. Would not work with me after paying faithfully for 2 years 11,000 dollars!!!!!! Its a scam!!!!!! They over charge on the cars get you to pay so much and plan for you to miss a payment in the life of a 4 year loan! They planned this in 4 days Won't honor the deferments. So they can repo it stick you with debt and put the car back on the lot and make the money again on someone else!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM. NOT WORTH IT !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM More

MCMC Auto - Best Buy Here Pay Here Experience I have had I had researched my car on their website prior and told them about my low credit score. I setup an appointment and came in the next day. Even with a couple of small hiccups there still worked with my credit and even gave me water and a snack while I waited. It took two hours, maybe even less and I drove away in a VERY nice truck. I will be try and refer them to my other friends and refer the website to other family members. The appointment and website made it very easy to work with them. Thank you guys! -Shandra More
