Our service advisor, Richard Correa, was fantastic to work with. While the service was excellent overall, we are giving a four-star rating because the technician delivering the car overlooked a dashboard work with. While the service was excellent overall, we are giving a four-star rating because the technician delivering the car overlooked a dashboard notification for a burnt-out bulb. Thankfully, Richard immediately addressed the issue by sending our car back for a complimentary bulb replacement. His professionalism and quick action are why we have been servicing our 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman here for years and will continue to do so. Thank you! More
