Joseph Ghosn was very friendly and involved in finding just the right car based on my requirements. He was well informed about what was on hand, what was on the way in, and in all aspects of the cars he m just the right car based on my requirements. He also stayed late to assist with my purchase and made himself available after hours by phone to assist with a couple of small issues that were needed to be resolved after the sale. More

Dropped car off on Wednesday AM as scheduled. No loaner available. We had to go to rental car. Expected a 2-day process but by noon on Friday we had received no status call. My car leaked a significant amount of oil onto our driveway after I brought it back from you guys. It has never done that before. We just moved to our current location..
