I started to talk to Donald about ten days before my visit. He was very informative, helpful, and did not place any pressure on me to come in or to purchase. He was very patient as I looked at a number of Minis and continued to ask questions. The negotiation was hassle-free and I am very comfortable with my purchase. My husband may even consider a Clubman in the future since I had such a great experience. We love our Mini! More

This dealer is not like any I have ever dealt with before. They are no pressure, very friendly and helpful. They had excellent knowledge about the cars and provided help every step of the way. Charlie was more than patient with all my questions & requests. The only thing I knew about Mini Coopers was that they are so cute. I've always dreaded going to dealerships simply because you get bombarded the minute you step out of your vehicle by multiple salesmen. However, at Mini of Tempe, this was not the case. I was approached by you get bombarded the minute you step out of your vehicle by multiple salesmen. However, at Mini of Tempe, this was not the case. I was approached by a single salesman and welcomed in an accommodating manner. He immediately asked what I was looking for a car and found the mini that both suited my budget and needs. Overall the customer service was excellent and so was the whole process of buying the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
