The Service Department was outstanding! Kept me informed as to what was going on and what was found and worked with me to get everything done while I waited. The only tip I could offer is tell the owner as to what was going on and what was found and worked with me to get everything done while I waited. The only tip I could offer is tell the owners when the battery terminal is removed as I had to go back and readjust everything in the car, seats, outside mirrors, even the heads up display and that took me 15 minutes to remember what I did before and where to find it. More

Deceitful and dishonest Purchased 2016 hardtop on September 2, 2017. Questioned if full 36,000 mile and 3 year service agreement would be honored. Was told that it would be. Purchased 2016 hardtop on September 2, 2017. Questioned if full 36,000 mile and 3 year service agreement would be honored. Was told that it would be. Took vehicle in for service on August 11, 2020 and was denied requested service. Service writer said vehicle had been placed in service in June of 2017 three months before it was sold to me as a new vehicle. Seems as though I bought a used "new" car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. This is my last of 3 Minis. Same old BS from a pig with lipstick. More

Brian was incredibly helpful, patient and informative about the brand and specific models. He made our purchase process incredibly smooth. He SOLD the car to us. However, I took my Mini to MOTW several times through the years for routine checkups and oil changes. Why does a customer have to wait up to 4 hours for a simple oil change when I had an appointment time of which I was never late??? Refreshments nor snacks, not even updates were offered. I would have to go to them for updates. After the techs were finished, it was as if they were pushing me out the door!" I love my MINI, but unless you are a pet of the dealership, forget feeling anything other than a nuisance! More
