My Review of MINI of Warwick:
I had an awesome experience buying a car from Mini of Warwick. Ash's superior knowledge of the Mini line combined with a pressure free atmosphere truely made me feel welcomed. It is refreshing to walk into a car dealer and have there biggest concern not be getting me out the door in any car, but selling me the right car for my needs and budget. The family all thought Ash was very cool and my 11 year old daughter wants to know when we are going back to hang out. I wish I needed another car so I could buy another car from Ash and Mini/BMW of Warwick. Proud owner of a 2012 Mini Countryman! JOSH

My Review of MINI of Warwick:
I executed a reverse auction for a 2011 Mini S. Of all the dealers, Mini of Warwick seemed most interested in helping me find the right automobile at the right price. Furthermore, working with Art Fontaine was a pleasure. He was responsive, friendly, and customer-focused. That includes a call and an email periodically after the purchase to ensure I was happy with it and a call on my birthday. Nice touch, and ones that I never experienced with the BMW dealer I bought my other car from.

My Review of MINI of Warwick:
Our experience at Mini of Warwick was extremely pleasant. We leased a 2012 Mini Cooper. We had never leased a car before and the pros and cons of the lease were explained very clearly by the sales manager,Brian Peruggi, so that we could make an informed choice. Ash Johnson worked with us through the whole process and we found her very helpful but never pushy. She made what sometimes is a very stressful experience, purchasing a car, a pleasant and exciting experience. We would definitely buy or lease another car from this dealership. This was unlike any other car purchase we have ever experienced. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and helpful.

My Review of MINI of Warwick:
I contacted mini of Warwick by email to inquire about getting a second key to my 2008 mini which I purchased used elsewhere. The dealer in Hartford did not even answer my email. Janine wrote me back the next day and walked me through the procedure personally and we managed to get my key without me driving to RI. she was friendly and professional. I will go to mini of Warwick for my future needs and even for future purchases because of how I was treated. Thank you Janine. It's nice to know this kind of service still exists!

My Review of MINI of Warwick:
While shopping for a used mini for my wife. We visited Inskip Mini. We were pleasantly greeted by Andrea O'Hara. Andrea answered in detail all of our questions.
She showed us several cars in our price range and came on several road tests. She explained in great detail in each every feature of each mini. That day my wife purchased her mini. I really like the engineering detail of the mini, so when Andrea informed me in 2011 they made an all wheel drive model i expressed that i might be interested. She set me up on minis web site where you can build your own car. Long story short i ordered one. Andrea kept in touch with me regularly via e-mail to update me on the cars progress and she made everything really easy. Financing went smoothly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the repair shop and the people there were extremely accomodating. I would definitely steer a friend to them and to Andrea without question.

My Review of MINI of Warwick:
In July, 2011 I visited MINI of Warwick to check out the 2011/2012 MINI's.
In the showroom I was greeted by Andrea O'Hara, a very friendly and knowledgeable motoring advisor. Andrea answered all my questions and made my visit quite enjoyable.
We went on a test drive in a Countryman and Andrea explained all the features and details of the car. I was impressed.
The next day I went back to order a 2012 Countryman.
I'm happy to have had the chance to work with you, Andrea. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

9/15/11 I purchased a new MINI and was very pleased with my experience at MINI of Warwick. The motoring advisor, Arthur Fontaine, promptly located the car I had wanted when other Mini dealers said the earliest they could get me the car I wanted would be months later. All my questions, and there were many, were answered in a respectful manner. I was offered a better deal than at other MINI dealerships. All my phone calls were promptly returned. I haven't bought a new car in 10 years and was very happy with the experience at MINI of Warwick. VP of CT
