Rip Off, poor customer service I have been looking for a Ford Edge for over a month now. I have driven in their dealership looking and talked with 3 sales reps. I finally found one that I liked and took for test drive. The person helping gave me a load of crap like there are several other people looking at it and you'll need to make a decision today. They appraised my 2012 GMC Terrain, Fully Loaded! for $16,000. I laughed at them. The kelly blue book is $19,500. I told them that just 3 months ago my vehicle was worth $19,000 with them. The sales person just told me that the market goes up and down and that vehicles are worth different every month. I told him, whatever and walked out. Do not buy a vehicle here. More
