I came across an ad of these guys on cars.com and paid them a visit. I liked the truck and took it for a spin and I liked it more. They worked out a good deal with me and allowed me to take the truck for an inspection [to a garage of my choice]. Everything underneath looked fine in the truck with common wear and tear for a 12 year old [the truck was in great shape]. Dealership agreed to fix few stuffs based on the outcome of the inspection. They had the truck ready as agreed and were also kind enough to work a little late for me on the day of the delivery as my check got delayed due to severe weather. All along I worked with Rick on this purchase. Their post delivery service is also good. I would recommend these guys to my friends for buying used cars. More

Grate experience with Mercedes-Benz C-Class purchase I purchased my car two days ago from this dealer and had very pleasant and great experience. It was Ric Jesmain who led us throughout the whole purcha I purchased my car two days ago from this dealer and had very pleasant and great experience. It was Ric Jesmain who led us throughout the whole purchases procedure including, inspection and preparation of the car, partial auto loan processing, and other document works. He was very professional and responsible person who processed all of these without taking much time from us. He told us what to do in each step and we just responded his guidance. He even put the license plate and kindly removed all the sticker stains on the windows in the middle of show fall. From the start to the end, this was great experience for us in this purchase. Update: After I purchase the car, we found a small crack on the mesh below the front grill. We reported this to Ric and he promised to order the part for us. We are currently waiting for the part to be delivered to the dealer so the damaged mesh can be replaced. I will update about this again after the service is done. More

I was a few months out from buying a new vehicle but I decided to pop in and see what he was about. Its easy to make a call but a surprise face to face should throw him off right? Same story when I get there you would think... What I found out was he was as personable if not more than he was on the phone. He made me feel comfortable with numbers. He didn't sugar coat my purchase, but he gave me a sense of security and honesty. I got into a new car smiling, a few months out from when I thought I would buy one. Because I felt comfortable.
