1 Review of Maguire Hyundai - Service Center
On September 16, I left my car at the Ithaca Maguire Hyundai Service Center because of the noise from the steering wheel. I was told I would have to wait for it a day but It took 2 weeks total. A week ago, on September 20, I was told that the car had been damaged by them and they left my car in the body shop. The service center accidentally damaged the driver's door and repaired it, not replaced it. The dealership repaired the car at the dealership's body shop. Please check Attached Photo with an estimate and invoice. I was informed yesterday that the 28th September, repair was complete and that I could take my car with me and I went to pick up the car. I felt very bad about repairing the door of a two-month-old car, rather than replaced. I was dissatisfied with the simple repair of a two-month-old car that was almost a new car, not even a one year old car. However, I tried to understand, because the dealer is responsible and repaired. I got the car and checked the seat on the driver's side, which was quite contaminated. Please check with this photo as well. I asked the service center about the service, and the service center told us that they would have to clean the car. After getting back into the car, I was so annoyed. The contaminated driver's seat was a little clean, but this time the chair was damaged as the photo showed, the left side of the sheet was torn. I couldn't leave the car at this dealer shop anymore, so I brought the car at home. I was very displeased and disappointed with the Hyundai Service.
