I purchased my Bronco Sport there 8-23. I completely endorse my salesman Jeremy Larkin. This is the thrid time I’ve had my car serviced there. inspection and oil changes. Which they did the first 2 times. This time they refused because it is not their policy to wash cars with roof racks. They washed it the first two times with roof racks. So I left and ran it through a Local Hershey Car Wash. Roof racks and all. When I checked in why didn’t they tell me of this phantom new policy? Why did the wash it the first two times? Why can I wash it in a local car wash? it was over 40 degrees. But my roof racks all of a sudden were dangerous. Do they wash cars with factory installed roof racks? Would they wash them if I bought the roof racks from them? I find this policy very perplexing and may I put it more plainly, Bovine Fecal Matter. More
