I would have given Maita Subaru five stars if the mechanic working on my vehicle had checked the positive terminal like he/she was supposed to. I got the car home, popped the hood, and the positive mechanic working on my vehicle had checked the positive terminal like he/she was supposed to. I thoroughly cleaned it myself, but should not have had to do so if the mechanic servicing my vehicle had done the job that I paid them to do. My opinion: don't offer to do a thorough (15-point, 30-point, whatever) check of the vehicle if you're not actually going to do anything about it when you find a problem. More

I purchased a new Subaru Outback a month ago, and I did not really inspect closely the car when it was delivered to me. Few weeks later, I washed and cleaned the car entirely, and found out that one of the not really inspect closely the car when it was delivered to me. Few weeks later, I washed and cleaned the car entirely, and found out that one of the wheel was damaged with scratches on the central cap and close to it on the wheel. I suspected that was caused when the wheel locks were installed. Maita Subaru addressed the issue and fixed it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate the effort. More
