My Review of Major Chrysler-Jeep Dodge:
I totally agree. The service was terrible. What was adverstised on the paper was not what they had in the shop. I finally bought a new Cherokee in NJ last year (4/08) and now need to have it serviced. I called up Major world and their phone manners is even worse. I have a service date next week for my car that has 5000K miles so it will be interesting to see what gimmick they have to wrangle money out of me. I will let you all know how it goes and will warn you on the employees to stay away from.

My Review of Major Chrysler-Jeep Dodge:
It was the old "bait and switch": the price in the ad looked too good to be true, and as soon as we walked in we told them we were there for the low-priced car; we wasted a whole afternoon there and they finally admitted that they had only one car for that price--and it didn't match the ad description (the car advertised was automatic, the one they showed us was stick shift) . . . and it was DAMAGED (supposedly by hail, but that didn't seem plausible). It's the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name.
