Actually I wasn't going to give a review but I wouldn't let Malloy service a tricycle. They broke my magnetic dash mount. To this date it hasn't been replaced as promised. The installed 4 new tires, I requ let Malloy service a tricycle. They broke my magnetic dash mount. To this date it hasn't been replaced as promised. The installed 4 new tires, I requested the raised white letters turned out. The salesman said they wasn't raised white letters on the tires. OK that's fine but after they were mounted the letters were turned inside, plus they torqued the wheels to over 250ftlbs, spec. torque is 140ftlbs. I'm being nice with this review. It seems the over torqued wheels was intentionally done. Being a disabled veteran if I had a flat tire I never would have been able to change it even with assistance! So therefore I wouldn't recommend Malloy to my worst enemy!!! More

Bryan my salesman was awesome. I told him what I was willing to pay and he made it happen. Arrived on Saturday for them to do a warranty diagnostic on my newer Chevy Tahoe. I got there at 7:55am and did not leave until 1:20pm. During that time the service advisor told me they were down a few tech on my newer Chevy Tahoe. I got there at 7:55am and did not leave until 1:20pm. During that time the service advisor told me they were down a few techs and that it may take longer than usual. (Completely understandable). Well, my vehicle did not go into the shop until about 10am. Once it was in the shop the techs were goofing off, playing around, throwing trash ect. During this time only one tech was actually work. As I watched my vehicle get serviced it was actually worked on for about an hour. Completely wasted a day for lack of accountability of the techs. I assume no manager work weekends. More
I live an hour away from Malloy Chevrolet. My fob quit working properly with my vehicle. It stopped starting the truck from inside the house. I was in Charlottesville doing some shopping and s My fob quit working properly with my vehicle. It stopped starting the truck from inside the house. I was in Charlottesville doing some shopping and scheduled an appointment while I was in town. They told me I would have to leave the truck overnight. I said I couldn’t. Schedule an appointment to have my truck repaired and was given a loaner. Came back to pick up my truck. It was told y’all did not have the part and had to order it, and it would be a month to get the part. After I got halfway home, the sunshine across my dash, and it looked like somebody wiped the whole dashboard down with a sopping, wet sponge. Spots and splatters everywhere. This was unacceptable.! It took six weeks for me to get a phone call saying you had depart. That was totally unacceptable. When you didn’t receive the part after four weeks you should have reached out to me and let me know what was going on. Terrible customer service. Scheduled one more appointment, this will be the third time, finally have my truck repaired in the interior cleaned properly. all of this work was done under warranty, but Malloy Chevrolet still owes me for having given me such a terrible experience. I have had ongoing confusion with my prepaid maintenance agreement with Malloy. I bought it from the dealership with my new car purchase, but the service department acts like they have never seen one befor agreement with Malloy.
