Dropped off my Buick enclave to have the air worked on. It was blowing cold air on the passenger side but on the drivers side it wasn’t very cold. And it was making a hissing noise in stop and go traffic Quoted $3500 to have it fixed. We decided that was too much money. So we decided not have it fixed there. On the drive home the air would not get cold at all. It stayed hot air the whole way home. Called the dealership and they couldn’t give an answer as to why it wasn’t working now. All that was said was “well do you want us to fix it?” As it’s the start of summer and already super hot we decided that we would spend the $3500 and just let them fix it. Mainly because we didn’t know who else to go to. Dropped it off on a Friday. And was told it would be ready Wednesday. We had to get a rental car in the meantime. When we called Wednesday to find out the status because we hadn’t heard anything, we were told that the guy who was in charge of our car was not there and nobody else knew the status of our car. Next day we called again and was told the same thing. We asked to speak to someone else. Finally we were told our car was not ready and that it would probably be ready the next day. So two days after we were told it would be ready. When we picked it up and paid for it, it was still making a noise. Brought it back to them and they said they could barely hear the noise and nothing was showing as wrong. Was finally told they would do research and get back with us. Haven’t heard from them since. Will not be taking it back there ever again. More
