I dont know if it is possible to make it easier. I didn't have an appointment and it was not a problem. They offered me a free Uber to my office. They had to hold the car overnight as there was 2 r I didn't have an appointment and it was not a problem. They offered me a free Uber to my office. They had to hold the car overnight as there was 2 recalls I didn't know. Unfortunately I would not be in town the next day to pick up the vehicle. So they offered to drive it to my house and park it in my driveway and leave the keys with my wife at home. Only 10 dollars foe the state inspection and I was done. Everything else including service , oil change and recall fixes were free. Tha k you Manhattan Porsche. Although I did not buy my vehicle here, you treated me as Porsche Fanily....as it should be ! BRAVO !! More
