Marchese Chevrolet, Inc. responded

The vehicle was sold to this customer as a used vehicle. After the initial purchase, the vehicle was brought back a couple of times for warranty work. After the warranty ran out, we did not see the customer for 19 months in which an additional 30,000 miles were put on the vehicle. In February of 2009 the vehicle was brought back in for an engine problem. We informed the customer that the vehicle was not under warranty any more however, we did call and get the parts good willed. The customer was only responsible for the labor. We were not required to do anything but tried to help him out anyways. The customer was unhappy about having any out of pocket expenses and was angry that the dealership would not cover all costs. Since the incedent, we have been in contact with the customer and seemed to have come to an understanding. We have not had any negative comments from him since.

The only understanding between Marchese Chevrolet and myself is that they have lost my business forever. I am NOT satisfied, which their response seems to indicate. Trust me, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
