Communication with staff was very dissatisfying. Being disabled I really feel like I was mishandled. I was told after my credit application was taken that I would get a call. A call that is. The salesman Mark was off of work a few days so I ended speaking with financial. I was always reassured that someone would contact me...but nothing. When I finally got ahold of someone I was approved for a totally different vehicle. I was never told that I was approved until I inquired. I never agreed for my credit to be ran for any other vehicle except the 2013 Santa Fe. I took several hits to my credit while already being approved at this dealership....I also told the salesman that I wanted my payments no more than 250 a month. When it was all said and done my payments are 360 plus! I responded and reacted to high car payment and Mark replied that I can just refinance it in a few months. He knew that I was disabled and I feel like Mark and whomever played off of that. I am satisfied with my vehicle now. But the service of the dealership was very very distasteful...Many family members have bought cars from Marhofer but will second think the next time that they go to purchase a car...Thanks for getting me approved for a vehicle that was much needed. More

Took my car in for an oil change which was fine but the paperwork stated I received a car wash which I did not. I didn't see this until I got home. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I worked with Brad over the phone before I even came in to look and buy. He gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade in.
