2nd time in a row went for oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation wasn't performed although I paid for it. 1st time called back and had to reschedule another appointment. 2nd time called back and have Tire rotation wasn't performed although I paid for it. 1st time called back and had to reschedule another appointment. 2nd time called back and have yet to get a resolution. I mark my tires ahead of time for this very reason. This dealership is a complete sham! More
