Stephanie was amazing from start to finish...kept me up to date on progress, provided estimated wait time, no hassle with loaner car and upon pickup of my vehicle I was on my was in less than 10 minutes. This was a warranty fix on a daytime running light; the first time it was done i sat at the dealer (not Mariano Honda) for an entire Saturday. This time...I was returning home with my car in 3 hours...amazing!! I hate to say it, but I look forward to the next time I need service on my vehicle!!
