Our new family car was waiting for us and we weren’t pressured to purchase it. We showed up with a car in mind, it was brought to us, we took it for a test drive, it felt comfortable, the salesman we sp pressured to purchase it. We showed up with a car in mind, it was brought to us, we took it for a test drive, it felt comfortable, the salesman we spoke with Jonathan was very chill and personable, we stated a concern with the engine and right away he went to grab a manager to note the concern. But that wasn’t all, we asked about trying out another vehicle and right away we were on the road in another test drive. It was comfortable and he explained all the features in the vehicle. Overall great experience, we are a military family and he kept that in mind when there was a potential discount for us. More

I have been having an issue with my car, since I purchased it, brand new, almost 3 years ago. It's supposedly "railroad dust"-that is spreading and getting worse. I have had my car worked on 4 or 5 purchased it, brand new, almost 3 years ago. It's supposedly "railroad dust"-that is spreading and getting worse. I have had my car worked on 4 or 5 times without success. They even sent it out 2x for repair. I have called and gone in asking where I am on the list. Once I was #1 but no call after a couple of weeks, I went in and asked what's going on. They said most of their loaners are EV vehicles and my car will take longer than a day. Then, a woman-rudely- said to me, well we have people needing their transmission repaired. I decided, okay this may be a bit. I have been on a waiting list for over six months My patience in waiting was gone, so I've been calling trying to reach the service manager, Kenny. He's not returning my calls. I've left messages, with the service dept. They're not returning my calls. My next step is the GM. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint. My suggestion to anyone who wants a car, never do business with Marine Chevy. The dealers may be nice and some may even try to give you an honest deal, but the service department ruins it for this business. I'm sure if you were to research all the reviews that are out there for Marine Chevy, a vast majority would be poor-and 99% of them would be because of the service department. More
